To place a provisional order for 4Matrix Desktop, please complete the order form below. Once we receive your order we will aim to send you your login details so you can download and install 4Matrix the same day. You will have an extended period of free use in which you may cancel your order if you are not completely satisfied with 4Matrix. By placing an order your school is agreeing to our Terms and Conditions which are described at the bottom of this page, and in full at www.4matrix.com/terms. Once activated, the contact details provided on this form can be reviewed at any time by logging into your account.

Terms and Conditions

• Please do not order 4Matrix if you have no intention of purchasing it, or if you do not have the authority to place an order.
• We supply an invoice when 4Matrix is ordered. You will receive 30 days free use in which to trial the software, unless stated otherwise.
• If you are not completely satisfied with 4Matrix then please let us know and we will cancel the invoice and discontinue your use of 4Matrix.
• Similarly, if payment is not received at the end of the trial period, 4Matrix will show an expiry notice and you will be locked out of the software.
• By placing an order, you are provisionally ordering a one year licence to use 4Matrix. The cost shown on the orders page is for a one-year licence for 4Matrix Desktop.
• The licence is for one school of any size and for any number of users. This also includes free updates and technical support. There are no installation costs, no additional payments and no tie-in period. You can choose each year whether you wish to continue your licence.
